I visited Healing Herbs Ltd., the flower remedy maker in Wales today. One of lovely lady, Maggie, picked me up in the morning. With shy and nervous personality, I took remedies such as mimulus, walnut and rescue to calm myself down ,and practice mindful breathing and eating during breakfast. I had a very great day in HH. I talked with Julian for his transformation of career(gosh, he was architect before, oh my god for such connection). He is the founder of HH since 1988. I also worked with staff to pack flower essence (honeysuckle, clematis). I will go to work again with them tomorrow, HA! Many visitors came to HH for few hours. I heard it was few people to stay there for whole day. well...I know there are many beautiful mountains around but I am really not a hiking girl. So I am very happy to stay inside to help packing flower remedies, chanting with staff, who are mostly old ladies in local village.

今天去拜訪HH，一位親切的阿姨開車來接我，左拐右拐十分鐘小路就到了好鄉間的HH。因為快要下雨所以我只是在旁邊走一走看到幾個當地的巴曲植物，Julian很忙講了幾句話後總是跑來跑去，午餐是阿嬤員工們分我一顆蘋果+Chesse+餅乾幾片，發現大家都吃得差不多簡單，10:30早茶,13:00午餐,15:30午茶,17:00下班，我也去幫忙包裝花精，正覺得我要開始工作狂魂起來時，阿嬤們卻又站起來要去午茶了。花精開始於很優閒正面的環境，所以我明天還要繼續去幫忙，哈哈。
