This was the first time I invited the bell in front of public. Most of time I practice alone at home to practice inviting the bell. I was so nervous in the beginning and these senior Buddhists were so mindful to accept everything I shared with them including guided sitting meditation, walking meditation, tea meditation and Dharma sharing. I felt calm and peace immediately when we started to sit together. What an amazing transformation of mindfulness.
