Cerato is the flower being brought into England in 1908 from China by Dr. 'Chinese' Wilson. Dr. Bach first saw this plant in a Cromer garden and recognized its signature to get real source of knowledge through insight. Frankly to say, before this trip to Wales, I didn't put much attention to this remedy, though I was on the trip looking for clearer inner voice and life goal. Also, I had been using Star Tulip remedy (FES) for years to connect with the higher wisdom, which has similar function as Cerato. In the trip for flower essence, I met Cerato in Healing Herbs'a garden, not being very close to it because of heavy rain, but having inner power pushing me to use it again. It was very interesting Julian allso suggested me to use Cerato after I know I need it. 





There was one more story about Cerato. In  my dream, when I traveled to San Francisco., the dream was about a  gathering who were all friends using flower essence. I saw few bottle of flower remedies on the ground. A voice near me said : "Using Cerato, for 23 months." I would like to argue with the voice : "23 months is too long for me". But the little bottle became big empty bottle on  the wood terrace.  I didn't see anyone saying such word to me, not from my friends. Anyway, it was not the first time dream gave me prescription but being the first time to notice about TIME I need to use. Since trip to Wales, I saw Cerato everywhere in Hyde Park of London, in Golden Gate Park and several local community gardens in SF.




Julian of Healing Herbs went to China looking for the original habitat of Cerato. I read his Chinese translator's diary When I visited Healing Herbs this Aug. It was very touched to express how difficult to find Cerato, and consequently the translator became flower essence practitioner. How interesting it was !
