Self-Heal is a truly universal herb, found growing wild in many parts of the world. A member of the Labiatae (Mint) family, Self-Heal comes from an impressive lineage of herbs, including the mints, basil, rosemary, thyme, and lavender, all with a wide range of medicinal, culinary, and aromatic qualities. The Prunellaholds a central place within this family, and this is perhaps why she was called "Self-Heal" and "Heal-All" by medieval herbalists, and dubbed "Heart of the Earth" in early American herbals.

I went to Dr. Julia's clinic in Taiwan where she has used bio-energetic device to find flower essence for her patients. Self-Heal was few main flower essence I used for the past few years. I didn't get the message clearly because lacking of confidence to accept I do have ability to "Heal Myself", "How can I survive without someone else to help me? " I wondered. I keep looking for help from outside, depending on others who have more power or resource. However, it was hard to escape when flower essence never stop passing the message to me. One year ago, I started to organize a flower essence gathering, to read Dr. Bach's book, heal thyself and free thyself. I never want to understand the remedies what I was using but seeing it as comfortable pill to make me feel better temporarily. Now, it is time to look at myself, taking the responsibility back. I ordered Self Heal flower essence to Taiwan and regularly use it for a while. It become my best partner to work with other flower essence.

Half year ago, my grandmother fell down and broken her arm. Doctor said she is too old for surgery. All she could do was taking rest till the arm becoming well herself. My dad is physician too and there is nothing he can do but preparing comfortable room for grandmom to stay. But I knew what I could do for grandmom. I brought Self Heal cream to her and asked her to use the cream everyday like using face cream. She did and her recovery was faster than her doctor expected. I didn't have machine to test whether grandmom's recovery was affected by flower essence or not, but it was true she was better than others expected. Also I add other remedies for her to keep positive mind, to clean auro for her room, and adjust the changing in her life, such as Olive, Crab apple and Walnut.

I love Self Heal flower essence so much. When I visited FES this summer. I was so glad Richard took us to Self heal flower garden. I sat beside flowers, talking to them, showing my gratitude for their help for me and grandmom. I was also surprised self heal was so tiny, but its healing power was so huge as redwood's height.
